House Espresso - No Spro No Go!

Our own exclusive house espresso sourced and roasted by Assembly in Brixton. 

We’ve worked with Assembly since we opened in 2017 and they source and roast an exclusive Lot of beans just for us. These beans are grown and processed by the amazing Mió of Brazil before being shipped to Brixton for roasting.

200g - Whole beans or ground for home espresso or stovetop (choose option before putting in basket)

2kg - Whole beans only

Origin: Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil

Process: Washed. This method explored the natural and spontaneous fermentation of microorganisms within the coffee beans when immersed in water between 12—36 hours. 

Varietal: Yellow Catucaí & Mundo Novo

Tasting notes: Deep chocolate notes with a marzipan finish
